Next Generation Parish

A Next Generation Parish is a visionary approach to Catholic ministry that seeks to ensure the enduring vitality and relevance of a parish in the modern world. OLMC is actively engaged in this transformative journey, partnering with the Catholic Leadership Institute (CLI) in a pilot program within the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Through this collaboration, we are striving to create a sustainable and vibrant future for our parish and its mission to serve our community, guided by God's grace and inspired by the commitment to our faith.

Attract

Attract Spiritual Seekers to Embrace Our Faith

Goal

Increase participation across weekend Masses by five percent (5%) each year from fall 2023 through fall 2026 as measured by attendance [three-year period].

Build

Strengthen Our Foundation of Faith

Goal

Given the faith-building importance of the Sacrament of Reconciliation, increase participation in Reconciliation Services by five percent (5%) each year beginning in fall 2023 through fall 2026 [three-year period]. 

Goal

Have one hundred (100) “new” attendees participate in our faith formation opportunities from fall 2023 until fall 2024 [one-year period].
